Digital assets hold the potential to turn the financial world around. However, they go far beyond cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin or Etherum. Digital assets also cover material assets such as real estate, cars, wines, works of art, or immaterial assets such as certificates or patents: Everything can be digitized or, more precisely, "tokenized." The legal framework is in place faster than expected.
Also banks have to react accordingly to keep up with the changing customer needs. Mark Dambacher, CEO of InCore Bank, also confirms to NZZ am Sonntag that the banks' interest is steadily increasing.
