Our milestones: from the beginnings until today

2007

Foundation of the transaction bank InCore Bank Ltd as a spin-off of the private bank Maerki Baumann & Co. Ltd. Two business divisions: Brokerage and BPO/BSP Outsourcing Services.

2013

Implementation and migration of the «Finnova» banking platform.

2017

SOBACO Holding acquires a majority stake of 51% (49% remain in the hands of Maerki Baumann Holding). The merger of the business activities of sister companies InCore Bank Ltd and SOBACO Solutions Ltd (total of around 100 employees).

2020

InCore Bank Ltd 2020 became the first B2B bank to receive FINMA approval for banking services with digital assets.

Founded in Switzerland and globally active, InCore Bank Ltd as a B2B banking partner competently supports its clients as an expert in both traditional and digital assets with expertise and innovative power.
