Mark Dambacher on trends and developments in outsourcing at EUROFORUM Bank IT conference

Mark Dambacher, CEO of the InCore Bank Ltd. transaction bank, spoke about trends and developments in outsourcing at the 20th EUROFORUM Bank IT conference, which focused on the topic of infrastructure and sourcing in the banking sector. The annual conference took place on 5 and 6 June at the GDI Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute in Rüschlikon, Canton of Zurich.

Previously, cost pressures from IT and the back office were the main drivers for outsourcing (partial outsourcing, full outsourcing (ASP / BSP / BPO), community platform).

Today, outsourcing is used to counteract increased costs in areas including compliance, next-generation industry (Industry 4.0) and digitalization.
