For the Payment Services department in Schlieren ZH we are looking for a person of integrity, reliability and autonomy as:

Employee Payment Services (100%)

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for the correct and timely processing of daily business in the areas of payment services. 

You

  • record and check the bank's own transactions
  • check and, if necessary, supplement the outgoing payments of the customer banks
  • check and post incoming payments from client banks
  • are responsible for checking and monitoring the interfaces to SIC, EuroSic and SWIFT
  • handle the issuing and collection of checks
  • record, control, monitor and book the bank's own GM contracts, the GM contracts of the sales banks and the bank's own FX contracts
  • support the team in testing new releases, changes and incidents
  • check and process the open positions from the account reconciliation
  • carry out clarifications on open or incorrectly instructed payments

To be successful in this role, you will have

  • have a banking or commercial education in the financial sector
  • at least two to three years of practical experience in a comparable function
  • experience of working with Finnova as an advantage
