Our processes bundle all activities which are handled within our bank – from customer contact (customer request, customer transaction) to delivery of the fully generated service.

As central counter party (global custody), we handle all securities and investment fund business and have a market presence under our own name as contractual partner. Moreover, we assume all clearing and settlement obligations. The increasingly complex area of corporate actions is centrally administered for all our customers.

As a guarantee, all processes are backed by a Service Level Agreement, which itself contains clear key performance indicators for measuring the performed procedures.
