Our business model enables the outsourcing financial intermediary to concentrate on its core business. We methodically take over all processes marked by a high degree of standardisation. Such tasks’ routine nature means that they hardly play any role in positioning a company among its competition.

InCore is even able to offer high-quality downstream banking processes at a reasonable price through appropriate economies of scale. In addition, the outsourcing financial intermediary can rest assured that InCore’s high level of expertise results in a low error rate, which in turn mitigates any risk factors to the outsourcing bank’s reputation.

The assignment of responsibilities in the cooperative relation results in effective outsourcing for the outsourcing financial intermediary. The actual business or cooperation model is developed on an individual basis to accommodate the outsourcer’s specific needs.

In defining the scope of services, the starting point is the entire range of processes handled by the bank. InCore’s banking performance spectrum is correspondingly as broad. Additionally, the insourcing customer can opt for services covering the operation and maintenance of applications, everything from front office to middle office to back office areas.

InCore’s business model is based on a clear «make and sell» strategy. Due to the high transaction volume, which is funnelled to us through our customers, we are able to efficiently settle in-house and thus able to offer our services to other market participants.

For financial intermediaries with smaller transaction volumes, the processing costs are usually higher, making it worthwhile to purchase them from third parties such as us through a «buy strategy».
